To make sound files invisible ....

Import a movie with sound to iMovie and export to Quicktime CD quality.

Put the exported clip in media cleaner set to audio stream and compress. Makes an invisible sound file that will play once when called.

To make playable on PC and Mac save as a Quicktime file in the normal way with all pictures deleted. - to make the player visible paste a line to the first frame.

To compile sound with a sound vision clip paste the sound vision movie to the sound movie. Export as a DV stream (PAL) from Media Cleaner and import the DV file to Imovie. Split the audio and video apart and reposition. Export to quicktime in the normal way.

There is some loss of video crispness but it works.
