Note: there is a wealth of information on the solar system on the web and elsewhere, but very little is of direct interest in the astrophysics sections of the IB or A Level courses. The short extracts under the index headings at right are selected points of personal interest. It is possible to construct a wealth of question material around these topics but to date, this has not been popular with the IB examiner.
